HAWKEYEHEALTH GROUP

MEET HAWKEYE HEALTH GROUP

Different needs.
A shared commitment
to people.

A family-led organization connecting care, learning, and education—through distinct divisions with a common purpose.

ONE ORGANIZATION. PURPOSEFUL WORK.

Who is Hawkeye?

We believe good support begins with understanding the people who need it.

Founded by Dina Taylor and Rondarius Hawkins, Hawkeye Health Group brings nursing, special education, and a family’s perspective together under one organization. Our divisions serve different people: agencies supporting patients, children finding their way as learners, future healthcare professionals, and families caring for loved ones.

Each division has its own focus, services, and path to getting started. What connects them is our commitment to listen carefully, build practical support, and treat people with dignity. As Hawkeye grows, that purpose guides the work we choose to build.

THE HAWKEYE APPROACH

Listen first.
Make it practical.
Build together.

People before assumptions

We begin with the person, family, or team in front of us. Their strengths, goals, and day-to-day challenges shape the conversation.

Support with a clear purpose

Each division focuses on a defined need. We explain what we offer, discuss the right fit, and set clear expectations before moving forward.

Partnership that respects your role

Parents know their children. Caregivers know their loved ones. Agencies know their teams. We bring our experience to the table and work with you.

FAMILY-LED. PERSONALLY INVESTED.

Experience grounded in people.

Dina Taylor is a registered nurse, healthcare leader, and co-founder of Hawkeye Health Group. Her experience in hospice and home health has brought her alongside patients, families, caregivers, and the teams who support them. That work shapes her approach to leadership: listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow through.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, Dina brings both a nursing perspective and an understanding of agency operations to Hawkeye. She cares about the people receiving support and the people doing the work, because dependable care depends on both.

A personal purpose behind Hawkeye.

As a mother and nurse, Dina understands how much families carry and how meaningful the right support can be. She and her husband, Rondarius Hawkins, founded Hawkeye to bring their nursing, education, and leadership experience together in service of people and their families.

Through Hawkeye’s hospice staffing partnerships, healthcare education plans, and community outreach, Dina’s focus is practical: help care teams feel supported, help caregivers feel better prepared, and create opportunities for people to grow.

Family, football, and life outside of work.

A graduate of a Texas nursing program, Dina brings a love for people and a strong sense of family to her work. Outside of nursing and building Hawkeye, she loves all things UT Longhorns football and enjoys following the SEC. When she isn’t caring for others, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family and her two Shih Tzus, Abby and Lizzy.

Compassion with clear expectations.

Dina believes kindness and accountability belong together. Her vision for Hawkeye is an organization where people are heard, commitments matter, and every partnership is built on respect, thoughtful communication, and a shared purpose.
